First thing you must know:
We are not a, ‘No win – No fee’ Service
We have an administration fee, which will be added to the amount of debt to be recovered, and will be charged initially. This is added to the debt as a refundable cost. Therefore, will be recovered and given back to you in full on collection of the debt. The administration fee covers all visits, negotiations, searches, traces and mediation between MKL Debt Collection the Client, Debtors arrangement and monitoring of payments. This will not include legal action or legal work.
Commission rates vary from 10% - 17% this will dependent on the amount of monies owed.
We do not accept claims for collection:
Without payment of administration fee.
Claims under £500.
Claims with no documentation or proof.
Claims to do with the XXX entertainment industry.
Litigation
In many cases most debts are relatively straight forward and can be carried out by yourself. We know this due to going to court several times without a solicitor chasing debtors claims and have won without using a solicitor or barrister. This helps a lot when it comes to the costs and expenses.
Court Cost

Bailiffs
Once you have been awarded judgment in the small claims court and your debtor was given a time frame to pay, if they did not settle your claim you could apply to the county court bailiff to attend your debt's property. Moreover, bailiff have different powers. The one you use total depends on what type of debt you have and in which county court the judgment was awarded.
Solicitor
If it becomes impossible to under take the case your self we have solicitors on hand to help and advice you with any legal matters. We will arrange an appointment for you to see them at our office or the solicitor may come to you.
